About Manny

Manuel “Manny” Lardizabal is a devoted Christian leader, private investor, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience dedicated to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives. His diverse career reflects a steadfast commitment to service, leadership, and faith-informed advocacy for individuals from all walks of life. For ten years, Manny faithfully served as a supervisor of group homes, providing care, guidance, and hope for youth in treatment foster care and for seniors with disabilities. His work extended to advocacy and home-based support for individuals with special needs, ensuring they receive the resources, dignity, and encouragement necessary to thrive. With a heart for education and mentorship, Manny has taught and coached in faith-based private schools, equipping students not only with academic knowledge but also with life skills grounded in biblical principles. As a volunteer coach in baseball, basketball, and volleyball, he has guided countless young athletes, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and confidence through a Christ-centered approach. His dedication to public service is evident through his past role on the Bernalillo/Albuquerque Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Advisory Council, where he contributed to initiatives that uplift and empower seniors. His earlier experience in criminal justice includes serving as an Administrative Officer and Community Service Officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, supporting institutional integrity and community-based rehabilitation efforts. As a minister and instructor, He teaches biblical values and principles of stewardship, helping individuals and communities embrace faith as the foundation for purpose, prosperity, and lasting transformation. He has completed formal studies and professional training in criminal justice through Western New Mexico University, the New Mexico Corrections Department, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He continues to invest in his growth through ongoing training in leadership, business, and ministry. Guided by faith and a passion for serving others, Manny remains devoted to inspiring hope, cultivating leadership, and strengthening communities across New Mexico and beyond—always with a heart to glorify God in all that he does.
