Nothing matters more than the safety of our families and communities. Manny will ensure that law enforcement is fully funded, respected, and equipped to do their jobs. He will never tolerate soft-on-crime policies that put criminals ahead of victims. Drawing from his experience in corrections, Manny supports programs that reduce repeat offenses by focusing on rehabilitation, responsibility, and reentry. He also believes that border security is not optional — it’s essential. Our state cannot thrive while drug trafficking, human smuggling, and illegal entry continue unchecked. Manny will stand for strong, lawful borders and real enforcement that protects the sovereignty and safety of New Mexico.

He supports parents as the primary decision-makers in their children’s education and fully backs school choice, including vouchers and transparency in public schools. As an ordained minister, Manny believes biblical values belong in leadership, not behind closed doors. His commitment to faith, morality, and traditional values will shape his leadership at every level.
